Welcome to Chabot 需求方! 

At “大学, giving all students an equal opportunity for success by devoting ourselves to accessible education is a fundamental value.

  By joining the Disabled Students Programs & Services (需求方) program in 建筑 2400 (ACE, or the 可访问性 Center for Education), students are afforded the chance to get the specialized supports, tools, tech, and counseling they need to be their 最好的.

  We welcome students with any disability, visible or invisible, and have dedicated counseling, adaptive classes, and accessible technology to support you on your educational 旅程.

Are you eligible for Services from 需求方?

To be eligible for support services through Disabled Students Programs and Services, 你必须:

  1. Have completed your application to “大学 and received your student ID (W#)
  2. Submitted disability documentation, either a
    1. Disability Verification Form or an IEP or 504 plan, and 
  3. 完成了 进气形式 (在网上 适应), which will need renewed each academic year.

请注意: 如果送我们去 official material, such as an IEP or 504, or other disability verification documents, or alternatively making a request for 需求方 documents from us, please use your student email account (aka Zonemail).  You can get assistance by clicking on this Zonemail assistance link.
